These terms apply to your use of wikiteq.co.ke, operated by WikiTeq Solutions in Nairobi, Kenya. By using the website you agree to them. Projects and product subscriptions are also covered by a separate written proposal, quote or agreement; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Do not submit false information or spam through our forms or chat.

Website content, including blog articles and prices, is general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is not professional, legal or financial advice. Prices and features may change; the final price is the one in your written quote.

For custom software, websites and other projects, the scope, timeline, cost, payment milestones and deliverables are set out in your proposal or agreement. Work usually starts after the agreed deposit is paid. Changes to agreed scope may affect cost and timeline and will be agreed in writing first.

Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. We may pause work, hosting or product access for overdue accounts after giving notice. Third-party charges, such as domain names, hosting, SMS and sender ID registration fees, are billed as agreed and may be non-refundable once paid to the provider.

Access to our products (such as Chuo, Dukafy, Kolekta, CareFlow and RentFlow) is provided under the plan you choose. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe, for the data you enter and for the actions of your users. We may update features to improve the products.

WikiTeq owns the content and design of this website and our own products. Ownership of custom work we build for you is set out in your agreement; unless agreed otherwise, it transfers to you once the project is paid in full. We may reuse our general tools, libraries and know-how in other work.

If you use our SMS services, you must have permission to message your recipients, provide a way for them to opt out, and follow the rules of the Communications Authority of Kenya and the mobile networks. We may suspend sending that breaks these rules.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or data, arising from use of this website. Our liability for a project or subscription is limited as stated in your agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan law that cannot be excluded.

Our website links to other sites, such as client websites and social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will first try to resolve any dispute by discussion; otherwise, the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
